The Open Church has afforded me an opportunity to work in an environment that allows for questions. Questions about things that I have read and learned throughout my life. It also allows the opportunity to explore openly other thought process, without judgement and an open ability to love people no matter who they are. I’ve brought with me the gifts of organization and forward thinking. I am able to fill in the gap and create procedures that will push the vision forward.
